All orders ship from Las Vegas, Nevada.
PROCESSING TIME
Every duck is printed to order, so give us a little time in the pond. Orders are
printed and packed within 2 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday through
Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. You'll get a confirmation email with
tracking as soon as your order leaves us. Orders placed on weekends or holidays
begin processing the next business day.
DELIVERY TIME
Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive in 3 to 7 business days depending on
your location. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 5 to 12 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier,
transit time is outside our control.
SHIPPING RATES
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $70. Orders under $70 ship at a flat
rate of $7.99. Rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S.
territories. We do not currently ship internationally.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to
us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once
you cover return postage and re-shipment. If you spot a mistake, email us right
away at hello@doppelduck.com and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, check with neighbors and
your local carrier first, then contact us. For packages lost in transit or arriving
damaged, contact us within 30 days of the ship date and we'll make it right with a
replacement or refund.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Because we print to order, we can only change or cancel an order before it enters
production. Email hello@doppelduck.com as soon as possible and we'll do what we can.
